#1 Zapier

We are happy to share that we have enabled Zapier integration, with three triggers: on a New analysis; on any subsequent Updated analysis; and on the combination of the two. Now you can send any data extracted from statements or generated from your pricing and cost structure to any source to power your workflows. Think sending to CRMs, your onboarding app etc.

#2 Email Bot

Your own personal analysis bot. When chatting with merchants, just ask them to forward their merchant statement to your email bot (you can choose its name). In less than a minute, you’ll receive the analysis as well as your default proposal in both Fee Navigator standard format and in your merchant-ready custom PDF. Because they come straight from the merchant in likely native PDF format, statements submitted this way get closer to 100% auto-completion.

#3 Webhooks

Don’t want Zapier (too expensive?) or have some custom app that you’d like to feed data automatically based on your activity in Fee Navigator? As an Admin or Manager, you can go to Integrations > Webhooks and send the data to whatever data sink you desire. It’s in a simple JSON format that will make your devs happy to work with.

#4 IRIS CRM

Register your IRIS API token with Fee Navigator and automatically pull statements from IRIS for analysis, complete the analysis and pricing, then push back your custom proposals and fill in IRIS fields with data from Fee Navigator.
